For the second straight year, Riviera Bronze Steel Doors & Windows held their Anniversary Party in celebration of our committed employees, vendors, and every other individual who has helped Riviera Bronze become the leader in custom, handcrafted steel doors and windows.

The evening, which included French themed cuisine and entertainment, began with live accordion music, games, and our “Champagne Race.” Three Riviera Bronze employees put their customer service skills to the test and served our guests glasses of champagne, for which guests could purchase for $5-$50. The money raised would then be matched 5x by the company and promptly donated to three local non-profit organizations; Project Understanding, the Ventura Boys & Girls Club and the Mauli Ola Foundation. The moment was widely considered a highlight of the evening and hundreds of dollars were raised for each organization.

Employees were also honored for years of service, up to five years, earning themselves a precision watch or custom leather jacket, made locally in Ventura, CA. For all employees who have been with the company for at least one year, they were given the opportunity to “make their mark” with Riviera Bronze.

Each employee was asked to design a custom stamp the represents them in some way—this could be initials, a dedication to a family member, or simply a symbol of hard work and dedication. Each mark was unique to that person and would eventually be notched into a large piece of bronze. The bronze plaque was on display at our anniversary party, featuring over fifty marks by our dedicated artisans, sales, administrative and marketing teams.

In keeping with the art theme, one of the most popular activities from the evening was the creation of an abstract piece of art by the Riviera Bronze leadership team. Each employee was asked to take a good ten minutes and paint a section of a canvas. The end result was a vibrant piece of art that will hang in the Riviera Bronze showroom for years to come—just another piece of art our employees can be proud of.

The Riviera Bronze team are artists in every sense of the word and help to set our beautiful, custom steel doors and windows apart from the rest. The art theme at this year’s party was to help connect that artistry to other forms and prove that “art” is not limited to paint on a canvas.
