Metalized Patina Finish (Solid Steel & Thermally Broken Stainless Steel)
Similar to the Hot-Dipped Galvanized Finish, the Metalized Finish is also a living finish that is achieved through a zinc base coat. The metalizing process differs in that it is flame-sprayed rather than dipped, which creates a much more consistent texture. There is still some variability and depth of color, but not as strong as the Galvanized finish. The patina process can achieve the same variety of colors from pewter to black, and light to oil rubbed bronze. The more consistent texture lends itself to any architectural style and walks the fine line between Contemporary and Traditional exceptionally well.
